Cancellation policy

We begin processing your order as soon as it’s placed to ensure timely delivery, which means cancellations are not always possible.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@zirvira.com within 12 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Processed or Shipped Orders
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, your order will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which states that all sales are final unless the item is damaged or faulty.
